Don has founded and led his own micro organisation giving him personal insight into the fundamental challenges we meet as Leaders and Managers. He has since progressed to work across the Creative and Media sector as a Senior HR professional partnering, advising, and coaching Founder / Owners and their Management teams. From this position he has developed further both academically and first hand a 360 understanding of the key areas that affect and influence success in all our careers. He brings this unique perspective on leadership and management, career change and growth, and job application optimisation. He has worked with professionals at all stages of their career and is particularly rewarded by empowering young and mid career professionals to articulate and strategise their ambitions for progression or career transition. He has broad experience supporting and coaching those as they prepare for, or transition to management and leadership roles.
