More About

As an ex Commander in the Royal Navy, there isn’t much Julie hasn’t seen, or done (sometimes badly!), when it comes to leadership over her 20+ year career. She has led, and been commended for her leadership, in some of the most challenging circumstances as well as studied the topic at post-graduate level. Helping people lead well, and be well led, is something that Julie never tires of. Since leaving the military, Julie has become a coach, consultant and dispute resolution consultant, specialising in helping people be their best in the workplace by navigating challenges such as stress, conflict, style and impact. She has a broad client base across corporate and SMEs but her passion is helping those who are: mid- to senior-level leaders; those at the mid-career point; women (especially in traditionally male-dominated professions or industries); and those considering or undertaking career changes.
